Each year our fundraising efforts begin with a mailing to all addresses in the Sauk Prairie School District. We mail to over 15,000 households in the area. This is a large task and in the past we have relied almost exclusively on students from the Sauk Prairie Middle School. We hope that they will continue to participate as part of the larger volunteer workforce we have determined we need to get the job done.
This year we need your help as well. We are asking each group funded by the Sauk Prairie United Way to provide two or three volunteers to work at our annual Envelope Stuffing. The event will be held at the Sauk Prairie Community Center on September , 2011 from 3:00 to 5:30PM. Pizza and pop will be provided for all volunteers – AFTER the stuffing, of course!
